Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM SGT will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely delivery:

Ninja Van (primary partner for Singapore deliveries).
- J & T (Secondary partner for Singapore deliveries).

Platform-specific couriers (e.g., Shopee Express, Lazada Logistics) for orders placed on e-commerce platforms.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Singapore: 1–3 business days after processing.

Delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather).
4. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Available for orders above [S$50].

Standard Shipping Fee: $5 for orders below S

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Track your order directly through:

Ninja Van’s website/app (for standalone orders).

Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop’s order tracking portal (for platform orders).

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Singapore.
7. Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or refusal by the recipient:

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and a refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued after inspection.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Report Issues: Contact us at https://tinklebel.com/contactwithin 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number.

Photo/video proof (for damaged items).

Resolution: We will file a claim with our shipping partner and either reship your order or issue a refund.
