Do you ship to Oversea other than Singapore?

A: Yes.. We do only around Asia where our Courier able to cover and deliver.

How much will you charge for local delivery?

A: It will be standard fee of SGD1.99. Free shipping for all order above SGD50.

Can we self collect from your Shop?

Payments

What payments method do you provide on your website?

A: We are using Stripe services for our payments. It’s support major credit cards and “Pay Now”

Could we purchase using cash?

A: Yes you may, please navigate to our contact us page and send us an email. It can be arrange on COD terms.

Can we get  a refund , if we want to cancel the order?

A: You may cancel the order, and payment will be revert back to the original payment method. If order are being ship, you will need to contact us for further return and refund.

Returns

Can we return the item , if we have do not want it anymore?

A: Yes , you may. Provided the item are in Original status sealed packed. “Shipping cost” back to us will be bear by customer. Return to us by person is possible for further arrangement.

What happened if we received item that are damaged ?

A: We will need pictures and Video on the damage item , from time the parcel reaches you unpacked from box or mail bag. Our team will check and process it accordingly. In the case if damaged during transport. We will claim directly from our shipper. You may request a new delivery or refund .

What if we use the item and it does not suite me?

A: Due to hygiene issue, we are unable to accept the returns if it’s being open or original sealed is open.
