Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions:

    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • We do not accept returns for:

      • Opened dietary supplements (for safety reasons).

      • Opened personal care products (due to hygiene concerns).

    • Change-of-mind returns are allowed but require the customer to cover return shipping costs.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at tinklebelsales@gmail.com with:

    • Photo/video proof of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

    • Your order number and contact details.

  • Resolution:

    • Approved claims will receive a full refund (no return required) or a free replacement.

    • We will handle claims with our shipping partners (e.g., Ninja Van) directly.


3. Refund Process

  • Options: Refunds are issued via:

    • Original payment method.

    • Store credit (for future purchases).

    • Replacement with the correct item.

  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will cover return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns.

  • Our Responsibility: We cover shipping costs if the error is ours (e.g., wrong item sent).


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for unopened items in their original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


6. How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number.

    • Reason for return.

    • Photo/video proof (for defective/damaged items).

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements or personal care products.

  • Products without proof of purchase.


8. Age Restriction

  • Purchases must be made by individuals aged 18+.
